Join Our New Moon Chat!

We are hosting a marathon New Moon Chat today and tomorrow! We’ll be fangirling over the movie (there will be spoilers galore!) and just having fun! There might even be games or prizes! ;) Come for a little, come for a lot – until you reach your fangirl limits (if there is such a thing)!

New Moon Opens Tomorrow!

We are very sure you don’t need reminding, but New Moon opens in the US tomorrow!! Those going to midnight showings with friends and family are urged to send us photos of your fun times to be put in our fan section.

Lucero, Zainia, and Jose sent us these photos from the midnight showing in Mexico City. We love the sign! It says – WE <3 PATTINSON ONLNE AND THE PATTYCAST.

Lucero says the movie theatre was packed, the film contained a lot of drama as well as funny moments, and the performances were much stepped up from Twilight.

Rob seems to look very happy and seems to be coming into his own on this second go round of film publicity. Maybe he is beginning to grow accustomed to all the attention he is receiving from his millions of adoring fans. As promised I am pleased to bring you three videos of last nights New Moon London Fan Event. The first one shows the opening of the fan event and Rob’s arrival on the red carpet. You can see him interact with the fans and sign autographs. The second video shows Alex Zane’s interview with Rob. In both videos you will see that Rob is as charming in real life as he is on screen. And finally, the third video is a longer version and it includes Rob’s arrival as well as Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart interracting with the fans. This can be viewed here.

Overall the cast came across as extremely friendly and charming, Rob is just as gorgeous in real life and I am really excited to bring you these videos of an amazing night! I do have to apologise in advance for the excessive screaming that was going on around me and for the blurry parts of the video, especially as Rob was heading towards us. The excitement got to us but I did try to edit it and bring you the best parts of my footage. Please enjoy the videos and comment below.

MTV BRINGS KILLER MUSIC TO FANS IN TV SPECIAL “ULALUME: HOWLING AT NEW MOON”

After months of little more than tabloid and gossip new, we are now in a what seems to be a well-spring of news, photos, appearances, and interviews from all of our favorite Twilight-Saga Stars, which is to be expected with the fast approaching New Moon so close on the horizon! Perhaps one of the best surprises; however, one of the biggest and best surprises has Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart appearing on the “MTV Halloween Music Festival Special “Ulalume: Howling at New Moon!” They will be introducing a new clip from–you guessed it– “New Moon” on the program!

Cast from “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” Introduces Exclusive Sneak-Peek from the Film in this Television Special Premiering October 30th on MTV, MTV2 & mtvU.
MTV unleashes insane musical mayhem along with a sneak peek at an exclusive clip from “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” and commentary from cast members in the network’s first-ever Halloween special, “Ulalume: Howling at New Moon.” The one-hour program, premiering on MTV at 9pm ET/PT on Friday, October 30, 2009, will feature explosive performances by Paramore, AFI, Dead By Sunrise and Kid Cudi as they rock the stage from MTV’s Ulalume Halloween Festival, hosted by tattoo vixen and star of L.A. Ink Kat Von D. The show will also air on MTV2 at 10pm ET/PT, and on mtvU, MTV’s 24 hour college network, at 11 pm ET/PT.

Twilight Lexicon New Moon Screening

If you love the Twilight Lexicon ladies, as much as we do, you might be interested to know that they are throwing a Movie Event in Salt Lake City, Utah! It’s on the Saturday morning of the New Moon opening weekend! Of course, since they are fabulous and classy, your $25 event fee includes:

2. A canvass bag on a Forks theme filled with all kinds of goodies

‘New Moon’ Cardboard Cutouts Available for Pre-order

Unlike the first movie of the Twilight Saga, which only had one or two cardboard cutouts of the cast, New Moon is providing fans with life-size cardboard cutouts of practically the entire cast! There is, of course, the Edward, Bella, Jacob trio-here in the gallery, along with the other four Edward, Bella, Jacob, and Alice. There are also cutouts of Victoria, Laurent, Carlisle, Emmett, and Jasper.

Sharon Osbourne Loves Robert Pattinson

On the Ellen Show, Sharon Osbourne was a guest, and she participated in a game with Ellen in which she gave her honest opinion on various photos. In this video, around the 1:21 mark, she is shown a photo of Robert Pattinson, to which she promptly mouths the word “fabulous” and hides under her jacket. It is hilarious and definitely a must see. First Photos of Rob and Kristen from the “Eclipse” Set

It is hard to believe, but New Moon is still over two months away and we are already anxiously anticipating news from the set of Eclipse. Well, here you go! According to Twitter reports from David Slade himself filming is going very well, and from other various set reports, the cast begins filming fight scenes some time next week. So much Twilight Saga news, so little time! In addition to the reports, we also have several set photos, courtesy of edwardandbella.net. It is a little hard to tell exactly what scene it is that they are filming, but, hey, it is Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, so we’ll just go with the fact that we have Bella and Edward and enjoy the view! New Information on the German Release of ‘How To Be’

Last week we brought you news via Rita Maaz of 3V Media in Germany concerning the German release date for How to Be or Das Leben ist (k)ein Wunschkonzert in German. The DVD makes its debut on October 15th and marks the first time the film will be available at all in Germany.

Thanks to 3V Media, we now have several previously unreleased movie stills with Robert Pattinson beginning here and here. We also have a link to the newly launched German language Facebook page for How to Be – Das Leben ist (k)ein Wunschkonzert.

If Hollywood Were High School, Robert Pattinson Would Be …

Hollywood is all about popularity, just like that other institution — high school. So, in the spirit of all things popular, movie ticket website Fandango.com has released its “Celebrity Yearbook Awards,” based on votes from fans about which stars they think are the most likely to succeed, and which ones already made their mark one way or another.

“Twilight” star Robert Pattinson and “Grey Gardens” actress Drew Barrymore were named “most popular” in the survey of about 1,000 movie fans.

Another actor from “Twilight,” rising star Taylor Lautner, was named “most likely to succeed,” along with Ellen Page from the 2007 film “Juno.”

But Page’s “Juno” co-star Michael Cera fared much worse, being named “most awkward.” As it happens, not all the “Twilight” stars came out on top, because the movie’s female lead, Kristen Stewart, was also named “most awkward.”
