How long will I have to wait before RFlattz arrives in my mailbox?
It’s impossible to give an exact date for your RFlattz experience, but we will tell you in your instruction email what position you are on the mailing list. You can see where RFlattz was most recently spotted in the “Where Is RFlattz?” section of the sidebar. Hopefully that will give you a general idea of when to expect RFlattz.

Where is RFlattz now?
You can follow RFlattz’s progress around the world by reading his Travel Log or by checking out the pictures in the Image Archive.

Is my address safe with you?
Absolutely. We will only give your address to the person ahead of you on the mailing list so that they can send RFlattz to you. We will never give or sell your address to any outside parties.

I missed the deadline to sign up! Is it too late to participate?
Don’t worry! We are organizing the project so that sign-ups come in rounds. After we receive all of the sign-ups for Round One, we will send RFlattz off and then start sign-ups for Round Two, etc.

Can I participate in more than one RFlattz round?
Of course! The more the merrier.

What are the rules for the RFlattz picture?
Only one: RFlattz must be in the picture! You can take him anywhere you’d like - your favorite restaurant, a famous landmark, your living room, wherever! You can even include your family and friends in the picture if you’d like. Be creative!

Can I send more than one picture?
Sure! We’d love to see what you come up with.

How big is RFlattz?
RFlattz is approximately the size of a sheet of legal paper (8.5″ x 14″). You are welcome to fold him (carefully) to fit him inside a smaller envelope.

Oops, something happened to RFlattz! What should I do?
If RFlattz gets ripped, squashed, or maimed, please try to fix him as best as you can (duct tape is good for lots of things). If he is beyond repair, send us an email and we’ll try to help you out.

What should I do if I suddenly can’t participate anymore, or if my address has changed?
Please email us as soon as you can. We’ll make the necessary adjustments to the mailing list.

I can’t find the code word!
The code word is located within the rules and regulations. Please be sure to read everything thoroughly before you sign up. This is an extra requirement we are adding in order to make sure the project runs smoothly.

What if I get the code word wrong?
You will receive an email from us informing you that your code word was wrong and that you need to resubmit your application.
