“Twilight” superstar Robert Pattinson has been conducting so many “Eclipse”-centric interviews lately, it’s a wonder he actually remembers anything he says — let alone the countless articles that hang on his every word.

However, when MTV News caught up with him on the “Eclipse” premiere’s black carpet Thursday night (June 24) to ask him about an article in which he’d been quoted as saying he’s tired of all the “Twilight” work, Pattinson seemed to remember very clearly he had said nothing of the sort and quickly set the record straight. Robert Pattin son may be one of the biggest stars on the planet, but at Thursday night’s ‘Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ premiere in Los Angeles, he admitted to being happily overwhelmed by the sup­port of his fans.
The British actor, who plays Edward Cullen in the vampire series, said he was humbled by the hundreds of fans who camped out night after night in down town Los Angeles in the run up to the pre miere of the third movie in the “Twilight” franchise. [read more]

Here is the video from AMC News’ interview with Rob and the rest of the Eclipse cast where they talk baby names, the Cullen’s fight scene and Muse.

There has been some talk of Rob attending Twilight Night in Dallas, Texas and we have been able to confirm that he is not attending.

The actress who plays the villainous vampire, Victoria, was recently interviewed by Parade magazine, and she talked a bit about working with Rob.

When fans flood into theaters next weekend to see the new Twilight movie, they’ll finally get to see Edward Cullen go fang-to-fang with the evil vampire Victoria — played this time around by Bryce Dallas Howard.

Bryce, a new addition to the cast, says she got in great shape for the movie’s fight scenes, but she found herself holding back. She says she was worried that if she ruined heartthrob Robert Pattinson’s famously messy hair, she’d be enemy number one with the movie’s fans.

“I just knew that, in our fight scene, if I messed up his hair, millions of young women would want to kill me, so I really tried to be careful not to do that,” she told Parade magazine. “Actually, I was more nervous about not pulling my punches because I certainly didn’t want to be the one to smack him in the face. In the end, it was fun. But there’s a point after which you’ve been wrestling with someone in take after take for six consecutive hours that it just becomes absurd. You can’t help but laugh.”
